Due this week: Your answers to the questions on primary sources about slavery.  Be sure to highlight/underline the sources first, to make sure you are finding all the claims(arguments) each author makes.  Remember to focus on POV -- evaluate the reliability of the source by asking yourself about audience and purpose!   What were the authors experiences and motives?

Also due this week: your Padlet comment on the decision facing the US before the outbreak of the Civil War.

New for this week: On Thursday/Friday will start a timeline of events leading to the Civil War. Your sources for this timeline will include a section of the textbook, a couple of videos, and some slides.   All materials will be posted in GC.

Videos: Dred Scott; Abolitionism.  Both videos are in Edpuzzle. Email me if you need a reset.

AP Euro:

Time to Register for the AP Exam!  See GC for information.

Please sign in to the AP Classroom site, whether or not you are planning to take the AP exam! I will be using some of the material on the site.
