Hi, and welcome back! The weather is hot, and so is room 122...feel free to bring water to class, but no sweet stuff, please, as it attracts ants.


Wednesday, August 31:

US History:
1. You should have a notebook for me to check on Tuesday, Sept. 6th. You should also return the permission slip for supplemental materials.
2. We complete a simple chart showing categories of historical issues.

APEH:
1. You should be looking for Hub Dates! You only need to do the first semester dates.
2. Next week, I'll give you a test covering the basic geography of Europe and Hub Dates.
3. You will also write a short essay on the significance of the Hundred Years' War.
4. Please return the permission slip for supplemental materials as soon as possible.

World Civ.:
1. You should be ready to show me a properly organized notebook on Tuesday, Sept. 6th. You should also return the permission slip to me at that time.
2. We discussed ways of learning about the past, and the problem of perspective.
3. We analyzed a political cartoon on year-round schooling.
