US History:
No homework.

EL World History:
1. If you didn't finish the questions on "Europe in the 1600s and 1700s," have it ready for a stamp on Monday.

APEH:
1. SG answers and IDs are due Monday. Move on to the last section of the SG as soon as you can, and do as many IDs as possible.
2. You'll be able to add to the chart of religious beliefs on Monday, when we talk about radical Protestants.

EL World History:

APEH:

2. Try to fill in some stuff about Lutheranism, Calvinism and Roman Catholicism on the chart.

1. Second part of the Chapter 13 Study Guide is due Thursday.
2. Use the readings (handout) to search for the basic beliefs of Lutheranism, Calvinism and Roman Catholicism. Look for conflicts or areas of disagreement.

1. Due at block: Cornell notes on "Territorial Expansion," pages 130-35.

EL World History:
1. We'll be reviewing for the "Rise of Democracy" unit test at block. If we finish the review quickly, you will take the unit test at the end of the block period.
2. Get your binder in order for a binder check. Take a look at the sample binder if necessary.

APEH:
1. Due Thursday: Next section of the Study Guide, including 5 more IDs.
2. Due Friday: Read the handout and fill in the chart with information about Lutheran, Calvinist and Catholic beliefs.

Today (Friday) was the end of the 1st quarter progress report period. I will be filing grades on Tuesday, and grades will be mailed home on Thursday. See me asap if you have any questions about your grade.

US History:
1. Due at block: Cornell notes on "Territorial Expansion," pages 130-135 in your textbook.
2. If you didn't finish the map in class, you should have it ready for review on Monday.

EL World History:
1. Finish the questions on the Scientific Revolution/Enlightenment for review on Monday.

APEH:
1. First part of the Chapter 13 Study Guide -- questions 1 and 4 and the first four items on the list of terms -- due on Monday.
2. We'll wrap up the Renaissance on Monday and move on to the Reformation.

2. You will have a bout 10 minutes at the beginning of the period to finish your maps and get them (and the answer sheet) stamped.

EL World History:
1. Due Friday: Answers to questions about the Renaissance  (on the back of your notes).

APEH:
1. See me immediately if you have any unresolved grade issues.
2. On Friday, you will try your hand at writing the DBQ on humanism. Be sure your outline is really thorough.
3. Answers to the first installment of the Chapter 13 Study Guide are due on Monday. This includes questions 1 and 4, as well as the first 5 of the terms.

The first quarter progress report period ends this Friday, September 23rd. Check your grade in Aeries and see your teachers if you have any questions.  

US History:
1. This week during the block period, you will be writing two fact-filled paragraphs on the  Colonial period in the US. Be sure you have bullet-point outlines for all four topics.
2. I will also collect a packet of materials from your binder for the "Colonies to Constitution" unit at the beginning of block period.

EL World History:
1. Vocabulary quiz at block! Study the words in your vocabulary book related to "The West" (pages 10 and 11).

APEH:
1. Your answers to the questions on The Prince and Utopia are due at block..
2. We are just about finished with Chapter  12 (the Renaissance). See me about any outstanding grade issues.

2. This unit is almost over. Next week at block you  will be writing two paragraphs on the colonial period. Make sure your binder is in order, so you will be able to look up all necessary information.
