2. Please bring the Perry book to class.

1. Due at block: textbook notes on "Confrontation of the Superpowers and Spread of the Cold War."

EL World History:
No homework.

APEH:
1. Work on the Chapter 31 SG; we want to be finished with this chapter by the end of the week.
2. If you missed the FRQ on Monday, see me about making it up.  You must write at least one of the two recent FRQs.
3. You should definitely be reviewing for the AP Exam now.  If you would like to borrow one of the Study Guides that go with the textbook, feel free to do so.  Other review guides must stay in my classroom, but you can certainly come before school, at lunch or after school to use them.

2. Do the review sheets on the Cold War.  I will be lecturing your ears off.

World History:
1. Due Friday: Textbook notes on "Rise of Stalin."

EL World History:
No homework.

APEH:
1. Due Thursday: two questions from the Chapter 30 SG (3 and 8).  Do the IDs and fill-ins as you go along. 
2. Due Friday: POV comparison between Churchill, Khrushchev and Djilas (Cold War).  All the Perry selections for this unit are really good and quite short. Be sure to read Hanna Vogt's piece on guilt.

Grades for 3rd Quarter will be filed tomorrow, Tuesday, April 8th.  Please check your grades in Aeries and see me immediately if you have any issues.  Grades for all classes are posted in the front of the room. 

World History:
1. Due Friday: Textbook notes on "Rise of Stalin." 

EL World History:
No homework.

APEH:
1. First two questions for Chaptr 30 are due on Thursday.  We'll be in the computer lab at block.  
2. POV comparison (Churchill, Khrushchev and Djilas) due Friday.  
3. You will need to finish up Chapter 30 at home over the break.  We'll do Chapter 31 after break and then cover recent matters such as European unification before the AP Exam.

APEH:
1. Unit test on Chapter 28 and 29 on Monday.  I will also collect the chart on Nazism (with your thesis statement and topic sentences) and a review sheet or two.

2. I will give you time in class to work on the next textbook section ("Triumph of the Communists").
3. We'll take the quiz on these assignments on Friday.

EL World History:
No homework.

APEH:
1. We'll probably have to take the Interwar/WWII test on Monday.
2. If you missed the practice DBQ (block period), see me for a copy of the question, and to arrange a makeup.
3. I'll collect the Chapter 29 SG on Friday. Since we'll be taking the test on Monday, I'll collect the additional materials (review sheets, etc.) on Monday.
