US History:
Many of you need to retake the Cold War vocabulary quiz! See me right away to do this...after school Friday is good.
1. Cold War: A New Battlegroun is due Friday. We'll review it together.

World Civ.:
1. Revolutions Part II is due Friday.
2. Bring your book to class on Friday.

APEH:
1. Test on Chapters 28 and 29 is Friday. You should have your Study Guides ready to turn in.
2. We'll do some DBQ practice next week. We'll cover Chapters 30 and 31 quickly. Be prepared!
3. Start studying for the AP Exam! Check out the many good websites on the list I gave you at the beginning of the year.

2. Study Guides for Chapter 28 were collected on Friday, 3-24. Please work on the new Study Guide questions for Chapter 29.

Don't forget to register for the AP Exam by tomorrow, March 24th! Otherwise, there is a $50 penalty for late registration.
We'll continue with the 20s and 30s on Monday. Those of us not going to the Exploratorium will find something fun to do!
You should be working on the Study Guide questions for Chapter 28, and starting to read Chapter 29.

1. Due on Monday: Writing on "Personal Responsibility." Usual format. Remember that the goal is to be able to articulate a standard of responsibility for individuals in a society.

APEH:
1. Time for the Age of Anxiety. Thankfully, it's a brief period -- then on to WWII.
2. Remember to keep up with the readings! We'll be testing on WWII before the break!
3. If you haven't turned in the Chapter 27 Study Guide, you can do this on Friday.

1. Debate on the atomic bomb is Thursday.
2. Test on WWII is Friday. Bring your notebook and textbook!

World Civ.:
1. No homework due on Thursday.
2. We'll finish the movie and have a few notes on the aftermath of the Holocaust and other twentieth century genocides on Thursday and Friday.
3. I'll give a short writing assignment related to the Holocaust that will be due on Monday, March 20.
4. We'll move on to our next unit: Russia. Bring your textbook to class on Friday, March 17 and Monday, March 20.

APEH:
1. Test on WWI is Thursday. Study Guides may be handed in on Friday.
2. On to the Age of Anxiety and WWII! We will move quickly now. Look for another writing assignment soon!

2. Keep adding things to your chart of arguments for and against the development and use of the atomic bomb.
2. We'll watch a video at block, have our debate on Thursday, and then take our WWII test on Friday, March 17.

World Civ.:
1. Reading notes on Nazism are due at block.
2. We'll finish our Holocaust unit and move on to Russia by the end of the week.

APEH:
1. Bring books and Study Guides to class, in case you have time to work on them.
2. We'll watch a video on Impressionism and Post-Impressionism.

1. Read Chapter 27 quickly, and be sure to read the associated Perry readings. Bring your Study Guides and books to class, so that I can give you class time to complete the questions.
2. We have the library reserved for Monday to write a DBQ. We'll have 45 minutes...the same amount of time you'll get in the AP exam.

1. We'll review for the 19th century test on Thursday, and take the test on Monday, March 6.
2. Last day in the lab for our modern art project is Friday. You will need to answer all the questions, and also draft an outline for one of the art-based essay topics.
3. A DBQ is coming!!!
