US History:
1. Due Monday (April 9): WWII Crossword.
2. You will be writing your essay on the decision to drop the atomic bomb in class on Wednesday, April 11th.

EL World History:
No homework.

APEH:
1. Finish the Ch 27 SG.
2. Read and annotate the short biographies of Churchill and DeGaulle.
3. Read the article on the Nazi-Soviet Pact and answer the questions on the half-sheet.
4. Make notes on the SAQ about uncertainty. Evidence must be specific.

1. You should have completed all the prep materials for the essay on the atomic bomb! You will be writing the essay in class during the week after spring break.

EL World History:
No homework.

APEH:
1. Finish the Chapter 27 SG over break.
2. Read/annotate the article by Figes on the Molotov-Ribbentrop Pact, and answer the questions on the half-sheet.
3. Complete the practice map (the one with all the numbers).
4. What were the causes of "uncertainty" in the Interwar period? Be specific!

US History:
1. You should have lots of good information on your chart related to the atomic bombing of Japan. We will continue to add to the chart in class.
2.  Unit test next week (WWII).

EL World History:
No homework.

APEH:
1. First section of the SG is due on Friday.
2. Your Modern Art project will be due on Monday.
3. The SAQ has been rescheduled for Monday. Be sure to read the two articles and review the chapter on WWI.  Try to get a "big picture" view of the war's causes and consequences.

3. Due to "15 Minutes" it may be best to postpone the SAQ, depending on how many people survive the morning on Thursday...

US History:

EL World History:
1. Quiz on Monday: The Holocaust.
2. On Monday, you will hand in the materials from this mini-unit. This includes the lecture notes, questions, summary and crossword.

APEH:
1. Complete the review sheets for WWI and the Russian Revolution; I will collect a selection of them next week.
2. Read and carefully annotate the two articles (War that Changed Everything and German Delegation).  Your annotations should be thematic rather than factual (important facts are highlighted). 
3. If you have time, preview the instructions for the research project on modern art.  Chromebooks will be available on Monday and Tuesday.

2. Read the WWI article. Highlight and annotate it. This improves comprehension and retention.

2. You will take an open-note quiz on "Mobilizing the Home Front" and "War and Civil Rights" at block.
3. WWII vocabulary quiz on Friday. Not open note, but you already know all the words!

EL MWH:
1. You'll have time in class at block to work on your WWII book.

APEH:
1. Carefully review the LEQ topics...you will be writing on one of them at block.
2. Chapter 23/24 test either at block (time permitting) or on Thursday.
