Important Information for All Students:
Be sure to read any/all emails that come from CVHS, your teachers, or the school district. Lots of information about the end of the school year is coming your way.
The library/bookroom is processing the textbooks you left in your lockers -- but many books still need to be turned in. If you have textbooks at home, please plan to return them next week, along with any other school property. District computers need not be returned until you graduate from CVHS.
Office Hours: I will hold final sessions of Office Hours today. This is your last chance to ask me questions about grades, or to briefly see and say goodbye to your classmates. Links for the meets are in Google Classroom. This is optional, as always.
2nd period: tomorrow at 10:00
4th period: tomorrow at 11:00[
6th period: tomorrow at 1:00
Juniors and Sophomores: I will accept and grade any work turned in this week. I will file grades on Friday, May 29th. All your work should be turned in by that date.
Seniors: Your grades have already been filed; You're done.
Gmail accounts: at some point over the summer, your gmail account will be closed down. If you need to retrieve/save any projects, essay, etc., from your Google Drive, do that right away so you don't lose it. Check the email you received from the school for instructions on how to do this. Lectures, essays and other projects could provide a useful starting point for some college assignments. Move it or lose it.
The Senior Awards Night presentation has been moved up to Wednesday, May 27th, from 8-9 pm. If the video isn't finished by then, it will be delayed, but this is the goal.
Diplomas will be distributed on May 28th and 29th. Check your email for information about this, so you will know when to come, where to line up (in your car), how many people can come with you, etc. Come in your cap and gown -- there will be a photographer.
Graduation Drive-Thru Schedule:
(if you can't drive, you can walk up at your assigned time)
