US History:
1. Due at block: "New Era in Politics" (Reading Guide). Be sure to use complete sentences, and avoid pronouns. Remember, you are just doing part B, pages 151-153.

EL World History:
1. Your review sheets should be completed by Monday.
2. Unit test on our "Rise of Democracy" unit will take place on Monday. I will do a binder check while you are taking the test, so get your binder in order.

APEH:
1. Last part of the Study Guide for the chapter on the Reformation is due at block.
2. Map quiz (1555) at block.
3. We should be finished with this unit by the end of next week, so be ready for a multiple choice test and a writing assessment (either a SAQ or a DBQ).

EL World History:
1. We'll be reviewing our "Rise of Democracy" unit in class on Friday. We should be ready for a unit test on Monday or Tuesday.
2. Get your binder in order! I will check binders while you are taking the unit test.

APEH:
1. Next section of the SG (and 5 more IDs) due Friday.
2. Your chart of religious groups should be full of essential facts. Use the textbook as a source of information about the Society of Jesus (Jesuits).

1. If you didn't finish the questions on the Scientific Revolution and the Enlightenment, finish them as homework and have them ready for a stamp on Thursday.

APEH:
1. Work on the next section of the Study Guide and the next 5 IDs.
2. You should have plenty of things on your religions chart for the Lutherans, Calvinists and Catholics. We will discuss the other groups in class.

1. Due at block: Answers to the questions on Alexander Hamilton.
2. We'll review the US Constitution, and the debate about whether to ratify it.
3. If we have time, you will take the test on our first unit -- Colonies to Constitution. If we're not quite ready for it at block, the test will be on Thursday.

EL World History:
1. If you didn't finish the questions on the ancient Greeks in class on Tuesday, finish them and have them ready for a stamp on Thursday.

APEH:
1. You should be working on the first part of the Reformation Study Guide.
2. Finish up your DBQ outline. You may use either form (outline or graphic).
3. Start reading the sources on Lutheranism, Calvinism and Catholicism. We'll have a bit of time to work on the chart in class.

1. Due at block: Read and annotate the primary source by Alexander Hamilton. Answer the questions on a separate sheet of paper.
2. You will take the unit test on our first unit (Colonies to Constitution) this week -- If we're not quite ready by block period on Wednesday, we'll do it on Thursday.
3. Be sure your binder is in order. You will be handing in a packet of homework/classwork on the day of the test.

EL World History:
No homework.

APEH:
1. Revise your SAQ. You should have 3 clearly identified short paragraphs, using the SEA pattern.
2. Start working on the Chapter 13 Study Guide. Do questions 1 and 4, and the first 5 IDs. Remember, we always do the "Comprehension Check."

1. You will have time in class on Monday to finish the final draft of your paragraph on "The Wisest Philosopher."

1. Study Guide is due on Monday. Just do the assigned questions, IDs, etc.
2. See how you do on the multiple-choice test...some of the answers may not be in your book, since the test was based on an older edition of the book.

1. We'll wrap up the Renaissance unit on Friday. If there's time, you will be writing an SAQ in class.
2. All parts of the Study Guide are due on Monday. Just do the questions and IDs I assigned in class, and the "Comprehension Check" questions.
3. Please remember to return borrowed copies of "The Prince" and "Utopia," so that they can be used by next year's students.

2. You should be working on the third section of the Study Guide (Due on Monday).

2. Due Friday: Letter to the editor regarding the Boston Massacre. Take a strong position supporting either the British or the American colonists.
3. Keep your binder in order! There will be an open-binder quiz next week on the first half of our current unit (Colonies to Constitution).

EL World History:

1. The second portion of your Chapter 12 Study Guide is due on Thursday. Do the IDs as you go along, so you don't have to do them all at the end of the unit.

2. Machiavelli and More: Read the assigned sections (listed on the handout). You will be discussing and answering the questions in groups during class next week. By then, you should have read the assigned excerpts and looked over the questions, so you will be ready for group discussions.
