US History:

EL World History:
1. You'll have a bit of time to finish your poster tomorrow.
2. Vocabulary Quiz: pages 6 and 7 -- and some words from earlier pages.

APEH:
1. Final draft of your 14th century narrative is due on Friday. Please highlight your 10 terms.
2. We'll try an SAQ on Friday.
3. On to the Renaissance!

US History:
1. We'll review your map of the colonies on Thursday. You will have a few minutes at the beginning of the period to add the finishing touches.

EL World History:
No homework.

APEH:
1. On Thursday, we'll finish our summer homework review and work on a narrative writing assignment (precis).
2. Friday -- time for an SAQ!

I am still accepting permission slips.  If you did not have a binder check during week 1, bring your binder to room 122 at break or lunch for a quick binder check.

US History:
1. Open Note Quiz: "Three Worlds Meet."  You will take this quiz during block period on Wednesday. You may use notes, but only stamped notes may be handed in for a score.
2. Your "Social Studies Categories" sheets are due on Wednesday.

EL World History:
No homework

APEH:
1. We are about to wrap up our unit on the later Middle Ages. We will finish our summer homework review on Thursday and move on to a couple of writing assignments.
2. Retake the map quiz by Friday.  Come before school, at lunch or after school.

Binders/permission slips are still worth points!  See me at break or lunch to get a binder check or turn in a permission slip.

US History:
1. Due Monday: Cornell notes on "Three Worlds Meet."

EL World History:
No homework.

APEH:
1. Due Monday: Hub Dates.  You need a few examples to go with the "Key Concepts." Look for significant events, people, books, works of art, intellectual trends, etc.
2. Many students need to retake the map quiz. Same material. No extra credit on the retake.
